q 5O- <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-008 <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Bill Davidson, Buddy Heuberger, and William Cupit, <br />as members of the Building Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1997; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, does hereby recommend the <br />reappointment of Bill Davidson as Home Builder and the appointment of Vic Ressler as Realtor <br />and Johnny Exum as Plumber for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1998, and ending <br />December 31, 1999; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT TdESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Bill <br />Davidson as Ho..ie Builder be, and he is hereby, reappointed, and that Vic Ressler as Realtor and <br />Johnny Exum as Plumber be, and they are hereby, appointed, to serve as members of the Building <br />Commission of the City of Paris for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1998, and <br />ending December 31, 1999. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 1998 <br />Eric S. Haynes, 9fty Attorney <br />Resolution No. 98 -009, reappointing Mrs. Prentiss Ellis and Dr. Robert Moseley <br />to serve as members of the Paris -Lamar County Advisory Board of Health for a <br />term of two years, was presented. A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem <br />McDonald, seconded by Councilman Thomas for approval of the resolution. The <br />motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
