q 5O- RESOLUTION NO. 98-008 WHEREAS, the terms of office of Bill Davidson, Buddy Heuberger, and William Cupit, as members of the Building Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1997; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, does hereby recommend the reappointment of Bill Davidson as Home Builder and the appointment of Vic Ressler as Realtor and Johnny Exum as Plumber for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1998, and ending December 31, 1999; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT TdESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Bill Davidson as Ho..ie Builder be, and he is hereby, reappointed, and that Vic Ressler as Realtor and Johnny Exum as Plumber be, and they are hereby, appointed, to serve as members of the Building Commission of the City of Paris for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1998, and ending December 31, 1999. Haynes, 9fty Attorney Resolution No. 98 -009, reappointing Mrs. Prentiss Ellis and Dr. Robert Moseley to serve as members of the Paris -Lamar County Advisory Board of Health for a term of two years, was presented. A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem McDonald, seconded by Councilman Thomas for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays.
