855 <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 30, 1998 <br />The City Council of the City of Paris met in Special session, Friday, January 30, <br />19989 6:00 P. M., City Council Chambers, City Hall, Paris, Texas. Mayor Eric <br />S. Clifford called the meeting to order with the following Council Members <br />present: Charles Fulbright, Alan R. Boyd, Millie McDonald, and Charlie <br />Neeley. City Manager, Michael E. Malone, City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, and <br />City Clerk, Mattie Cunningham was also present. <br />City Manager Malone called for receipt of reports from committees, boards and <br />commission. <br />Victor Ables, Chairman of the Airport Advisory Board was present stating that <br />it was the recommendation of the Airport Advisory Board to approve the lease <br />agreement for hangAr space at Cox Field Airport in accordance with established <br />procedures. <br />Resolution No. 98 -010, authorizing and directing the Mayor, Eric S. Clifford, <br />to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the thirty -five year lease with Bob <br />Haggaid for property located at Cox Field Airport, was presented. A motion <br />was made by Councilman Neeley, seconded by Councilman Fulbright for <br />approval of the resolution. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays <br />t . <br />�rf <br />
