<br />That the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal corporation, of the County of
<br />Lamar, State of Texas, by and through its Mayor, Eric S. Clifford, duly authorized, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Ten and no /100 Dollars ($10.00) cash, and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, in cash, to it in hand paid by RONNIE WAYNE GROOMS and wife, BRENDA
<br />KAY GROOMS, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, have Granted, Sold
<br />Wr
<br />and Conveyed, and by these presents do Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said RONNIE WAYNE
<br />GROOMS and wife, BRENDA KAY GROOMS, of the County of Lamar, State of Texas, whose i
<br />mailing address is Rt. 2, Box 185, Sumner, TX 75486, all that certain tract or parcel of land
<br />situated in Lamar County, Texas, and described as follows:
<br />SITUATED about 6 miles North 65 Deg. West of the City of Paris, County
<br />of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the William C. Martin Survey #608 and the
<br />W. H. Hobbs Survey #447, and being a part of a 27.764 acre tract and a part of a
<br />242.130 acre tract of land conveyed the City of Paris by deed recorded in Volume
<br />88, Page 230, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particulary
<br />described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof for all necessary
<br />purposes.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular,
<br />the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said RONNIE WAYNE
<br />GROOMS and wife, BRENDA KAY GROOMS, their heirs and assigns forever; and it does
<br />hereby bind itself, its agents and representatives, to Warrant and Forever Defend all and singular
<br />the said premises unto the said RONNIE WAYNE GROOMS and wife, BRENDA KAY
<br />GROOMS, their heirs and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to
<br />claim the same, or any part thereof.
