FIELD NOTES LGbns FM2820 #34/32 #447/608 Situated about 6 miles North 65 Deg. West of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the William C. Martin Survey #608• and the W.H. Hobbs Survey #447, and being a part of a 27.764 acre tract and a part of a 242.130 acre tract of land conveyed the City of Paris by deed recorded in Vol. 88, Page 230, of the Deed Records of said County and State. Beginning at an iron pin (s) for corner at the Southeast corner of said 27.764 acre tract, said point being an el corner of a 148.63 acre tract of land owned by A. Morrison George. Thence North 22 Deg. 31 Min. 51 Sec. East along a fence a distance of 692.09 ft. to an iron pin (s) for corner at the Northeast corner of said 27.764 acre tract, the Southerly Southeast corner of said 242.130 acre tract, and an el corner of said 148.63 acre tract, said point being in the North- Boundary Line of said Martin Survey and in the South Boundary Line of said Hobbs Survey; Thence North 12 Deg. 13 Min. 44 Sec. West along a fence along the Southerly East Boundary Line of said 242.130 acre tract a-distance of 122.76 ft. to an iron pin (s) for corner at the Easterly Northwest corner of said 148.63 acre tract; Thence along the Southeasterly Boundary Line of Farm Road. 2820 as follows: South 49 Deg. 33 Min. West a distance of 259.79 ft. to a concrete marker (f); Southwesterly around a curve (R= 4633.66', C =South 56 Deg. 04 Min. 50 Sec. West 1053.97 ft.) to the right a distance of 1056.26 ft. to an iron pin (s) for corner at a Northeast corner of said 148.63 acre tract; Thence South 89 Deg. 49 Min. 30 Sec.
