A. Neel and <br />Associates. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Neeley, seconded by Councilwoman McDonald awarding the bid <br />to the low bidder, W. A. Neel and Associates in the amount of $7,000.00. The motion carried 7 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br />City Manager Malone called for the tabulation of bids for a Breathing Air Station for the Paris Fire <br />Department, and the following bids was presented: <br />Casco Industries $37,165.00 <br />Hoyt Breathing Air Products $38,888.00 <br />Bauer Compressors, Inc. $45,002.33 <br />A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tern Fulbright to award the bid to Casco Industries in the amount <br />of $37,165.00. The motion was seconded by Councilman Boyd, and carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 97 -03 6, approving the form of the Hay Lease Agreement between the City of Paris <br />and Buddy Kilpatrick, and further resolving that the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, be <br />and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Paris, the Hay Lease <br />Agreement with Buddy Kilpatrick upon the terms and conditions, was presented by City Attorney <br />Haynes. A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tern Fulbright, seconded by Councilman Boyd for <br />approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
