<br />and State of Texas, a part of the N. Matheison Survey and a part of the R. S. Wallace Survey,
<br />and being a part of two tracts of land conveyed to the City of Paris by W. P. Brewer and wife,
<br />Cora B. Brewer, as described in deed recorded December 23, 1898, in Volume 88, Page 229,

<br />BEGINNING at a point for corner, said point being in the West Boundary Line of the

<br />Resolution No. 97 -037, resolving that a Texas Home Investment Partnership Program application
<br />for the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Fund, be and the same is hereby authorized to be
<br />filed, and that the application be placed in competition for funding under the 1997 Texas Home
<br />Investment Partnership Program Fund, and Michael E. Malone is hereby appointed as the Authorized
<br />Official of said project and is authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Paris, was
<br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman Hunt, seconded by Councilman Boyd for approval
<br />of the resolution. The carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
