7t4 <br />J. The State shall submit the approved reimbursements by check or warrant made <br />payable to "City of Paris." The State will make payments to the City within thirty <br />(30) days from receipt of the request for reimbursement, provided the request for <br />reimbursement is properly prepared and documented. The State will withhold five — <br />percent (5 %) retainage from each reimbursement payment made to the City. <br />K. The City will provide written notification to the State upon completion of the <br />project. The State will perform an audit of costs associated with the Project, and <br />funds due to the City, including funds withheld in retainage, will be promptly <br />returned. <br />L. No costs incurred by the City or the State prior to the final execution of this <br />agreement are reimbursable. <br />13. COMPLETION OF PROJECT <br />Upon completion of the Project, the State will issue to the City a "Notification of Final <br />Completion," acknowledging that the Project has been completed and all financial commitments <br />have been performed. <br />14. MAINTENANCE <br />Upon completion of the project, the City will assume all responsibility for maintenance and <br />operation costs of the completed project. <br />15. OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS <br />Upon completion or termination of this agreement, all documents prepared by or for the <br />City shall remain the property of the City. All documents prepared by or for the State shall <br />remain the property of the State. All data prepared under this agreement shall be made available <br />14 <br />
