780 <br />EXHIBIT B TO LEXIS -NEXIS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT <br />Price Schedule <br />State /Local Government Time Based Pricing <br />January 1, 1996 <br />These charges are effective as of January 1, 1996, and shall continue thereafter until the subscribing organization or <br />individual C' Subscriber') is notified otherwise. For more information about the pricing components, consult the Price <br />Definitions and Price List available in the Online Services under the administrative identification number KQVPHZF, at <br />no cost to Subscriber for accessing or printing. <br />1. INFORMATION CHARGES <br />1.1 CONNECT TIME. The charge for Connect Time, <br />calculated to the nearest second, is $26 per hour. <br />1.2 NETWORK TIME. The charge for Network Time, <br />calculated to the nearest second, is: <br />WATS - $16 per hour <br />Any long distance data transmission service or <br />value added network provided by LEXIS -NEXIS or a <br />third party that is used to access the LEXIS -NEXIS <br />central computer - $10 per hour. <br />Subscriber is responsible for all local telephone charges. <br />1.3 DATABASE. Charges currently range from $O.to <br />$620 per hour. Consult the Price List available in the <br />Online Services for detailed database charges. <br />1.4 VOLUME DISCOUNTS. Individual agencies shall be <br />eligible for volume discounts. The discounts set forth <br />below shall be calculated monthly and based upon the <br />average Information Charges used in the three month <br />period beginning four months before the date of the <br />discount. Discounts shall be based on the aggregate <br />Information Charges of all state and local agencies <br />(except courts) within a single state on a Time Based <br />Pricing plan. <br />Monthly Average Information Charges Flat Discount <br />From $0 up to $15,000 0% <br />Over $15,000 up to $30,000 2% <br />Over $30,000 up to $60,000 4% <br />Over $60,000 up to $90,000 8% <br />Over $90,000 12% <br />1.5 ACCESS. Charges for ECLIPSE report <br />searches are based on the frequency in which they are <br />executed. Offline printing, online <br />printing and saving to disk of materials in the NEXISQ <br />service shall be $2.50 per document, except tha <br />Predicasts® (PROMT, MARS, PROMTP) shall be $4.0 - <br />per document, SEC Filings shall be $12.00 per <br />document or $2.00 per page, InvestextO reports shall be <br />$45.00 per document or $7.00 per page, public records <br />shall be $1.00 per document, and the LEXISO service <br />shall be $3.00 per document or $0.50 per page. The per <br />page rates only apply for documents with electronic <br />pagination. <br />1.10 IMAGES. <br />Images shall be $3 per image retrieved, including print <br />2.
