VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />STATE OF TEXAS } <br />} KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR } <br />THAT, the CITY OF PARIS, Paris, Texas, a municipal corporation, acting by and <br />through its Mayor, Eric S. Clifford, duly authorized, hereinafter called CITY and <br />EXPRESS LUBE, by and through its owner, Christopher Talbert, hereinafter called <br />EXPRESS, do hereby contract and agree as follows: <br />1. To service CITY vehicles in accordance with the specifications on Exhibit <br />A attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2. The term of this contract shall be for a period of twelve (12) months <br />beginning February 14, 1996, and ending on February 13, 1997. <br />3.
