$49 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 -021 <br />WHEREAS, the Visitors & Convention Council Committee did heretofore on the <br />10th day of July, 1995, accept the budget for the Paris Visitors and Convention Council, <br />Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, for fiscal year beginning October 1, 1995, and <br />ending September 30, 1996; and, <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus from the last fiscal year and the Paris Visitors & <br />Convention Council has requested that said budget be amended in order to utilize said <br />surplus; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate that said amended budget, attached hereto as Exhibit <br />A, be accepted and approved; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY TILE CITY COUNCIL OF TILE CITY OF PARIS, that <br />the proposed Amended Budget for the Paris Visitors and Convention Council, Chamber <br />of Commerce of Lamar County for fiscal year beginning October 1, 1995, and ending <br />September 30, 1996, be, and the same is hereby accepted and approved. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of March, 1996. <br />617� <br />Eric S.
