Young, et al v. City of Paris, et al; Appeal No. 95- 40130, In the <br />United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. <br />C. Ann Anthony, Vergil McFadden and Virginia McFadden v. City of <br />Paris; Cause No. 62575, In the 62nd Judicial District Court of <br />Lamar County, Texas. <br />Mayor Clifford declared the regular session closed at 7:29 P. M., and <br />the executive session open. <br />At 7:40 P. M.
