832 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 -003 <br />WIIEREAS, an Assistant City Clerk of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, Joe <br />McCollum, has retired and it is fitting and proper that an Assistant City Clerk be appointed <br />to replace him; and, <br />WHEREAS, Thomas E. Haynes is qualified and an appropriate person to be <br />appointed Assistant City Clerk with power to act in the capacity of the City Clerk in the <br />absence of Mattie Cunningham; NOW TIIEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that <br />Thomas E.
