X68 <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />} <br />} <br />} <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY TIIESE PRESENTS: <br />That the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal corporation of the <br />County of Lamar, State of Texas, acting by and through its Mayor, duly authorized, <br />for and in consideration of the sum of Eight Thousand Five IIundred no /100 Dollars <br />($10.00) cash and other good and valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by <br />DONALD G. WILSON the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />and the promise to convey right -of -way, as owned by grantee, to connect 4th Street <br />S.W. to 1st Street S.W.; has Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents <br />does Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said DONALD G. WILSON of the County of <br />Lamar, State of Texas, whose mailing address is 1401 3rd Street S.W., Paris, Texas <br />75460, all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Lamar County, Texas, and <br />described as follows: <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County <br />of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey <br />//778, and being tracts of land conveyed by II. W. Lightfoot to the <br />Texas Midland Railroad by deed recorded in Book 81, Page 52, <br />Lamar County Deed Records and being more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point for corner in the South Line of said <br />Company at the center line of 4th Street S.W., same being the <br />Southeast corner of that certain tract of land conveyed by Southern <br />Pacific Transportation Company to the City of Paris, recorded in <br />Book 45, Page 73, Lamar County Real Property Records; <br />THENCE North with the center of said 4th Street a distance <br />of 30.0 feet to a point for corner; <br />THENCE South 89 Degrees, 57 Minutes, 40 Seconds East <br />with the North line of said Company a distance of 240.03 feet to a <br />point for beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 701.2 <br />feet; <br />THENCE Northeasterly with said curve having a long chord <br />bearing North 70 Degrees, 10 Minutes East 542.12 feet, an arc <br />distance of 556.62 feet to the end of said curve and the beginning of <br />a curve to the right having a radius of 394.3 feet; <br />THENCE Northeasterly with said curve having a long chord <br />bearing North 23 Degrees, 59 Minutes East 313.36 feet, an arc <br />distance of 322.26 feet to a point for corner in the West line of 1st <br />S.W. (formerly Wall Street); <br />THENCE South 0 Degrees, 19 Minutes West with said West <br />line a distance of 403.3 feet to an iron pin set for corner in the South <br />line of said Southern Pacific Transportation Company; <br />THENCE South 80 Degrees, 15 Minutes West with said South <br />line a distance of 247.96 feet to a point for corner; <br />THENCE South 81 Degrees, 23 Minutes West a distance of <br />366.64 feet to a point for corner; <br />LXHIBIT A <br />
