DESIGNATION OF GRANT OFFICIALS <br />CJD rules require that three persons be designated to the positions of Authorized Official, Project Direct( <br />and Financial Officer for the purposes of administering a grant. The Project Director and the Financ- <br />Officer may not be the same person but, under extenuating circumstances, one person may otherwise fill <br />two positions.
