905 <br />II. <br />THAT L. D. Williamson, County Judge, be, and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute an Agreement on behalf of the <br />County of Red River, Texas, as a member participant in the Regional <br />Controlled Substance Apprehension Program, and such other documents <br />necessary for the implementation and completion of said project. <br />III. <br />THAT this Resolution and Agreement will be subject to review <br />on the anniversary date of June 1 of each year at which time the <br />City will remain a member of the Regional Controlled Substance <br />Apprehension Program or may withdraw by Resolution. <br />Presented and passed on the —_ day of March , <br />1994, by a vote of 5 ayes and U nays at a regular <br />meeting of the Commissioners' Court for Red River County, Texas. <br />.
