3. Upon final disposition of the Forfeiture action, all <br />funds and all property attributable to the efforts of the <br />Task Force shall be awarded to the Task Force, the <br />exception being certain Forfeitures referred to the Drug <br />Enforcement Administration of the United States <br />Department of Justice. <br />4. All property and funds awarded to the Task Force under <br />forfeiture action represent program income (see Item 6, <br />Section 1 of the "TNCP Grant Application and <br />Administration Guidelines "). Up to the total grant award <br />of $ A166, G 8'J. o o these funds shall be added to <br />the funds committed to the project (Addition Method of <br />handling program income) in accordance with the OJP <br />Guideline Manual M7100.1D, page 36, par. 42.a(5). Any <br />program income (forfeiture, etc.) in excess of the total <br />grant award amount may be retained by the grantee with <br />Criminal Justice Division approval and must be used for <br />purposes that further the objectives of the project. <br />5.
