915 <br />3. Upon final disposition of the Forfeiture action, all <br />funds and all property attributable to the efforts of the <br />Task Force shall be awarded to the Task Force, with the <br />exception of Forfeitures referred to the Drug Enforcement <br />Administration of the United States Department of <br />Justice. -- <br />4. All property and funds awarded to the Task Force under <br />forfeiture action represent program income (See Item 6, <br />Section 1 of the "TTj('P Grant A <br />Administration Guidelines,,). UP and <br />p to the total grant award <br />amount of $ �G 8, /, A7 pp these funds shall be added <br />to the funds committed to the project (Addition Method of <br />handling program income) in accordance with OJP Guideline <br />Manual M71000.1D, Page 36, Par. 42.a(5). Any program <br />income (forfeiture, etc.) in excess of the total grant <br />award may be retained 'by the grantee with Criminal <br />Justice Division approval and must be used for purposes <br />that further the objectives of the project. <br />5. Malone, be, and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the acceptance of <br />said proposal, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Jim <br />Bell, seconded by Councilman John Bell for approval of the resolution. <br />The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
