010 <br />RESOLUTION 94 -027 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in receipt of a request from <br />the Reno Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department for inclusion of a portion of the City of <br />Paris' extraterritorial jurisdiction, as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto, within the rural <br />fire prevention district which is being created by said Department; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the citizens of Paris, Texas, <br />and those persons residing within the area described in Exhibit A, that the City of Paris <br />consent to the requested inclusion; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />that the City Council of the City of Paris does hereby consent to the inclusion of that <br />portion of the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Paris shown on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto within the rural fire prevention district to be created by the Reno Volunteer Fire <br />and Rescue Department. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11 th day of April, 1994. <br />org isher, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, City Cler <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />e'fnry , t Attorney <br />
