044 <br />Resolution No. 94 -029, approving the assignment of the Lease Agreement <br />with Jerry Kyle to Eddie Dean Kyle is hereby approved, and further <br />authorizing the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, to execute <br />on behalf of the City of Paris the Assignment, was presented. A motion <br />was made by Councilman Shelton, seconded by Councilman Jim Bell for <br />approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
