046 <br />STATE OF TEXAS } <br />} <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR } <br />ASSIGNMENT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS <br />THAT JERRY KYLE, hereinafter called ASSIGNOR, for <br />consideration of the assumption of the ASSIGNOR's obligations under the <br />assumed lease does hereby bargain, sell and assign to EDDIE DEAN KYLE, <br />hereinafter called ASSIGNEE, all my right, deed and interest in and to that <br />certain Lease Agreement between JERRY KYLE and the City of Paris, dated <br />March 30, 1992.
