• <br />CORRECTION <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />TIIE STATE OF TEXAS } <br />} KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR } <br />That whereas the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, as grantor did, on or <br />about the 12th day of April, 1993, execute and deliver to LARRY GREB as grantee, <br />for the consideration therein mentioned, a conveyance of the certain lands situated <br />in Lamar County, Texas, and hereinafter more particularly described, which said <br />conveyance was recorded on April 15, 1993, Book 352, Page 196 of the Real <br />Property Records of Lamar County, Texas; and whereas, in said conveyance, by <br />mistake, a portion of the description was omitted; and whereas, to prevent difficulties <br />hereafter, it is expedient to correct said error: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, a municipal corporation <br />of the County of Lamar, State of Texas, acting by and through its Mayor, George <br />Fisher, duly authorized by Resolution No. -93 -040, for and in consideration of the <br />sum of Ten and No1100 Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good and valuable <br />consideration, to it in hand paid by LARRY GREB the receipt and sufficiency of <br />which is hereby acknowledged; have Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these <br />presents do Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said LARRY GREB of the County of <br />Lamar, State of Texas, whose mailing address is 2407 Lamar Avenue, Paris, TX <br />75460 all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Lamar County, Texas, and <br />described as follows: <br />Being a part of an original public road situated in the Joseph <br />Leach H.R.S. in the City of Paris and known as the old Paris - <br />Clarksville Road. <br />BEGINNING at a point which is South 88 Deg. 55 Min. 35 <br />Sec. East a distance of 599.66 feet from a a point in the south right - <br />of -way line of existing U.S. Hwy. 271 (Clarksville Street) and South <br />11 Deg. 29 Min. 42 Sec. East a distance of 50 feet from center line <br />survey station 90+30 of said U.S. Hwy. No. 271; said beginning <br />point being in the North right -of -way line of the Old Paris - Clarksville <br />Road; <br />THENCE South 00 Deg. 26 Min. 00 Sec. East a distance of 39.94 feet to a <br />point in the South right -of -way line of the Old Paris - Clarksville Road and in the <br />North Boundary Line of Lot 14, City Block 311; <br />THENCE South 88 Deg. 55 Min. 35 Sec. East a distance of 484.04 feet to <br />the East Boundary Line of Lot 13, City Block 311, passing the East Boundary Line <br />of said Lot 14 at a distance of 183.17 feet; <br />THENCE North 11 Deg. 33 Min. 45 Sec. West a distance of 41.14 feet with <br />the East Boundary Line of said Lot 13 to a point in the North right -of -way line of <br />the Old Paris - Clarksville Road; <br />THENCE North 88 Deg. 55 Min. 35 Sec.
