STATE OF TEXAS § <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR § <br />THAT, the CITY OF PARIS, Paris, Texas, a municipal <br />corporation, acting by and through its Mayor, George Fisher, <br />duly authorized, hereinafter called CITY and DOBBS TENNIS <br />COURTS, INC., acting by and through its President, Danny <br />Dobbs, duly authorized, hereinafter called CONTRACTOR, do <br />hereby contract and agree as follows: <br />1. That CONTRACTOR agrees to supply all labor and <br />materials necessary for the Tennis Court Resurfacing Project <br />to resurface four (4) tennis courts at Travis Junior High <br />School, in accordance with the specifications on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2. That CONTRACTOR agrees to complete the project <br />within 30 calendar days of the award of the contract, with <br />allowance for adverse weather or temperatures. The project <br />cannot be started until the 1 1/2" asphalt overlay can be <br />applied by the contractor who gets the bid for the overlay <br />project. <br />3. That the CITY agrees, upon completion of the <br />resurfacing of four (4) tennis courts at Travis Junior High <br />School, to pay CONTRACTOR the amount submitted in bid <br />document, said amount being $12,800.00. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
