BID FORM <br />TO HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM <br />(Name of Person or Company Bidding) <br />(Address) <br />(Phone Number) <br />(I) (We) hereby submit the following bid in accordance with the <br />attached specification for applying a 1 1/2" hot mix compacted <br />overlay on two (2) tennis courts at Travis Junior High School, <br />Paris, Texas. <br />(Signature of Person Submitting Bid) <br />LIST ANY DEVIATIONS FROM ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS: <br />(Date) <br />City Attorney Haynes presented a resolution suspending the T. U. <br />Electric rate increase request for ninety (90) days and setting time <br />and date for a public hearing on the rate increase request. <br />A motion was made by Councilman William for approval of the <br />resolution. The motion died for lack of a second. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Bell for denial of the resolution. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Shelton and carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 93 -024, resolving that the Mayor of the City of Paris, <br />George Fisher, and the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E. <br />Malone, be, and they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to <br />act on behalf of the City of Paris in coordinating legislative actions <br />with the Texas Municipal League, was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilman Burnett, seconded by Councilman Shelton for approval of the <br />resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
