MISS one - fourth (1/4) of one percent (1 %) Sales and Use Tax for the benefit of a corporation to carry out industrial development programs, and an additional one - fourth (1/4) of one percent (1 %) Sales and Use Tax to reduce the property tax rate, as provided in Paragraphs 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 of Order entered March 15, 1976, in Civil Action No. P- 75 -3 -CA, in the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Texas, Paris Division, and as provided in the Charter of the City of Paris and the laws of the State of Texas wherein they do not conflict with said Order. Section 2. That the polling places and election officials of such election shall be as follows: DISTRICT ONE (1): Polling Place: T. G.
