ON <br />Section 9. The pay of the judges and clerks of said <br />election is hereby authorized and established as follows: <br />$5.00 per hour for each judge and clerk; the election judge <br />who delivers the returns of said election immediately after <br />the votes have been counted to the proper office shall be <br />paid an additional sum of $25.00 for that service, provided <br />also, he shall make return of all election supplies not used <br />when he makes returns of such election." <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Paris in regular meeting, at the City Hall of said City, on <br />this 15th day of March, 1993. <br />Ge ge isher, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, City erk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />T. K. Haynes, -City Attorney <br />Resolution No. 93 -0339 ratifying the application to the Governor's <br />Office, Criminal Justice Division, for a Crime Prevention Program <br />Grant /4, to increase the community's ability to prevent crime, to <br />protect citizens from crime, and to offer crime prevention education to <br />the public beginning October 1, 1993 and ending September 30, 1994, was <br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman Brown, seconded by <br />Councilman Burnett for approval of the resolution. The motion carried <br />6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
