In any action brought by lessor for the enforcement of the obligations of lessee, lessor shall be entitled to recover interest and reasonable attor- ney's fees, if successful in the action. C. Subordination of Lease. This lease shall be subordinated to the provisions of any existing or future agreement between lessor and the United States relative to the operation or maintenance of the airport, the execution of which has been or may be required as a condition prece- dent to the expenditure of federal funds for the development of the airport. U. Paragraph Headings. The paragraph headings contained herein are for the convenience in reference and are not intended co define or limit the scope of any pro- vision of this lease. E. Notices. Notices to lessor provided for herein shall be sufficient if sent by certified mail, postage prepaid, addressed to airport manager, Cox Field, P. 0. Box 903 ?, Paris, Texas 75461 -9037, and notices to lessee if sent by certified mail, postage prepaid, addressed to J. B. Richey, Inc., c/o J. B. Richey, Route 1, Box 98, Cooper, Texas 75432 or to such other addresses as the parties may designate to each other in writing from time to time. F. Successors and Assigns. All of the Lerms, cove- nants and agreements herein contained shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto. G. Venue.
