Any requirement levied upon State and local <br />governments by this regulation and circular shall also be <br />applicable to private sponsors receiving Federal <br />assistance under the Airport and Airway Improvement Act <br />of 1982, as amended. <br />Specific assurances required to be included in grant agreements <br />by any of the above laws, regulations or circulars are <br />incorporated by reference in the grant agreement. <br />
