SPECIFICATIONS <br />CITY HALCARPET—PROJECT <br />1. The Carpet specified shall be Armstrong Commendation made of 100% <br />nylon with unitary backing and a pile weight of 28 ounce Antron <br />Nylon per sq. in. or an approved equal. <br />i 2. Bid price will include the cost of removing and carrying off all <br />existing carpet. <br />3. Bid price will include all labor to remove and replace all <br />furniture in location removed from. <br />4. Glue for gluing the carpet to the flooring shall be Armstrong 10 <br />or Henry 251. <br />5. The area to be carpeted shall be the entire 2nd & 3rd floors of <br />the City. Hall Building located on the N.E. corner of 1st S.E. & <br />Kaufman with the exception of the following: <br />i - 2nd FLOOR MAIL ROOM <br />2 - 2nd FLOOR CUSTODIAL CLOSET <br />3 - 2nd FLOOR MENS AND WOMENS RESTROOMS <br />4 - 2nd FLOOR VAULT ROOM IN FINANCE OFFICE <br />5 - 2nd FLOOR STORAGE SOUTH OF STAIRWELL <br />6 - 3rd FLOOR MENS AND WOMENS RESTROOM <br />7 - STAIRWAY FROM 2nd to 3rd FLOORS <br />6.
