Box 777 <br />This sales agreement is entered into by BLAKE MOORE <br />ASSOCIATES hereinafter referred to as Seller of Paris, Texas, and <br />, hereinafter <br />referred to as Owner under the following terms and conditions; <br />Seller agrees to conduct a public auction sale or to other wise <br />sell the 'following -described property belongint to owner, <br />trustees, creditors, or secured parties. The auction sale to be <br />conducted at , <br />beginning on the 10th day of March , 1990. <br />PROPERTY TO BE SOLD <br />Inventory with serial numbers to be furnished Seller <br />upon return of this signed contract. <br />Inventory is attached to this contract. <br />Seller agrees to prepare all advertising material and <br />publicity necessary to properly advertise sale and promote the <br />attendance of buyers.
