Resolution No. 90 -005 authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford to execute on behalf of the City of Paris a contract with Hayter Engineering to review and evaluate engineering work to correct point repairs of infiltration /inflow point sources in the wastewater collection system, and replacement of certain deteriorated segments of the wastewater collection system which are contributing infiltration and /or inflow project No. 88- WSRB -07 -90 was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Kent for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. r RESOLUTION NO. 90 -005 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is desirous of maintaining adequate wastewater facilities for its citizens; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary to review and evaluate engineering.. work to correct point repairs of infiltration /inflow . point sources in the wastewater collection system, and the replacement of certain deteriorated segments of the wastewater collection system which are contributing infiltration and /or inflow, Project No. 88- WSRB- 07 -90; and, WHEREAS, Hayter Engineering has made a proposal for.such services,. which have been incorporated in the form of a contract attached hereto as Exhibit A; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the proposal in the form of a contract between Hayter Engineering and the City of Paris, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is accepted BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S.. Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the contract in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.
