That AIRWAVES agrees to perform all labor and furnish all <br />materials for installion of the UHF Radio System for Public <br />Works Radios for the City of Paris, in accordance with the <br />specifications on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof. <br />2. That CITY agrees to pay AIRWAVES the amount submitted in <br />bid document, said amount being $55,896.00; 80% within 30 <br />days of delivery of equipment and 20% within 10 days of <br />completion of installation. <br />Executed this 12th day of March, 1990. <br />CITY OF PARIS <br />By <br />Eric S.
