SECTION 2 <br />9 3 _ _ CONTROL STATIONS <br />Six UI1F control stations with omni directional antenna systems <br />shall be furnished. Three stations shall be local control, two <br />stations shall be DC remote control and one station shall be <br />tone remote control. <br />The tone remote control station will be installed at the PAris <br />Police Dept. and interfaced to a ComCenter Console. A highly <br />reliable (minimum 100 rti.p.h. wind survival) 5 dB gain omni <br />directional base station antenna, side mount, and 45 feet of <br />LDF4 -50 heliax cable , connectors and jumper kit is required. <br />A DC remote control station shall be installed.in the Emergency <br />Operations Center at the City Hall and interfaced to existing <br />rer;iote controls. A 5 db antenna as above with sufficent LDF4 -50 <br />heliax cable, connectors and mounting hardware to mount at the <br />35 ft. level on the tower on the roof of City hall are required. <br />A DC remote control station shall be installed at the Water Treatment <br />Plant at Lake Crook and interfaced with existing remote.control. <br />This station will also have 12 volt DC battery Lackup capability. <br />A 5db omni antenna as above with sufficent Ldf4 -50 heliax cable <br />and connectors shall Le installed on the roof of the building. <br />A local control station shall** L•e• installed at Public Vvorks offices <br />on t.. Hickory Street and interfaced with exis ling local control <br />desk set and microphone speaker combinations. A 5dB omni antenna <br />with sufficent LD1'4 -50 11oliax cable and connector ._, shall be roof mounted <br />near vresent VI1F antenna. <br />A local control station sliall be installed at the U'astewater Treatment <br />Plant on US Itwy 271 North of Paris. A 5 cab omni antenna with sufficent <br />LDF4 -50 I:eliax Cable and connectors will be installed above roof <br />level. <br />A local control station shall be installed at the City of Paris <br />Animal Shelter on Clement Rd. a 3 db omni direction antenna <br />with HGO /U coaxial cable and connectors shall be installed above <br />roof level. <br />The radio sets shall be a compact, reliable state of the art <br />technically advanced UIIF FM two way radio. Units must be wideband, <br />synthesized, PC programmable, rugged, minimum two channel capability <br />for repeater & talkaround operation, progranunable tone & digital <br />coded squelch, microprocessor controlled for RF and coded squelch <br />frequencies. The stations will be fully operational for local <br />control as well as rentote control where specified. ;cations shall <br />have;procjrammable carrier control timer to prevent system tie -ups. <br />M <br />
