92i <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89 -025 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has <br />undertaken a project of construction entitled Pro Rata Water Line <br />Extension Bethel Temple, S.E. Loop 286, in accordance with plans <br />and specifications prepared by Chaney Engineering and approved by <br />Earl Smith, City Engineer of the City of Paris; and, <br />WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the <br />completion of said water line extension project are shown on <br />Exhibit A attached hereto; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above described <br />utility easements are necessary for said improvement project and <br />that the same should be condemned; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the above described <br />property to be used for Pro Rata Water Line Extension Bethel <br />Temple, S.E.
