RESOLUTION NO. 89 -026 <br />WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the <br />City Council of the City of Paris that there is an alley, <br />running approximately midway between Margaret Street and Hubbard <br />Street running East from 17th Street S.E. to a point <br />approximately 186 feet west of 19th Street S.E. where it forms a <br />"T" to intersect with Margaret and Hubbard Streets; and, <br />%'- WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the <br />City Council that the alley is not desired by the property <br />owners adjacent to said alley, but that said alley is of use <br />and necessary to the City of Paris and its citizens for <br />utility easement purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLI <br />PARIS, that the <br />Clifford, be, and <br />claim deed to the <br />on either side of <br />true owners of <br />follows: <br />'ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. <br />he is hereby authorized to execute a quit <br />alley being closed to the adjacent owners <br />said alley, it appearing that the real and <br />the hereinafter described lots are as <br />Lot 1, Block 2 <br />Anita Park Addition Cinquilla Nash <br />Lot 2, Block 2 <br />Anita Park Addition Mary Kathrine Fitzgerald <br />Lot 3, 4 & Part of 5, Block 2 <br />Anita Park Addition Charles D.
