i' EXHIBIT B THE APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS Contractor shall comply with the Act specified in Section 3 of this contract and with the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder pertaining to the Rental* Rehabilitation Program in 24 C:F.R Part 511, as amended; the OMB Circulars and the Management Standards specified in Section 6 of this contract; and with all other federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the activities and performances rendered by Contractor under this contract including but not limited'to the laws, and the regulations promulgated thereunder specified in Sections I through VI of this Exhibit C.
