RESOLUTION 89 -011 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has received a request for additional water pressure and service to the area bounded on the south by Loop 286, on the east by Bethel Temple and on the west by FM ,1497, which could be best served by a pro rata water extension beginning at approximately the intersection of FM 1497 with South Loop Highway 286 and proceeding easterly along the North Right of Way line of Loop 286, containing approximately 3,800 linear feet of 8" P.V.C. water main line and appurtenances; and, WHEREAS, it would be right and proper to have a public hearing concerning the same at the regular council meeting on March 13, 1989, at which time the City Council will determine whether or not the pro rata project should be had; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That a public hearing be held by and before the City Council of the City of Paris in regular session convened on the 13th day of March, 1989, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., in the City Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, at which time the matter of a water main pro rata extension beginning at approximately the intersection of FM 1497 with South Loop Highway 286 and proceeding easterly along the North Right of Way line of Loop 286 approximately 3,800 feet. Haynes, City Attorney Resolution No. 89 -012 authorizing and directing the Mayor, Eric S. Clifford, to execute a deed on behalf of the City of Paris to convey City property located at 2774 Graham Street, being Lots 20, 21, and 22, Block 6 in Sperry's Ist Addition to Fred Cole who was the highest bidder for said property was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Kent for approval of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
