RESOLUTION 89 -011 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has received <br />a request for additional water pressure and service to the area <br />bounded on the south by Loop 286, on the east by Bethel Temple <br />and on the west by FM ,1497, which could be best served by a pro <br />rata water extension beginning at approximately the intersection <br />of FM 1497 with South Loop Highway 286 and proceeding easterly <br />along the North Right of Way line of Loop 286, containing <br />approximately 3,800 linear feet of 8" P.V.C. water main line and <br />appurtenances; and, <br />WHEREAS, it would be right and proper to have a public <br />hearing concerning the same at the regular council meeting on <br />March 13, 1989, at which time the City Council will determine <br />whether or not the pro rata project should be had; NOW THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That a public hearing be held by and before the City Council of <br />the City of Paris in regular session convened on the 13th day of <br />March, 1989, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., in the City Council Room, City <br />Hall, Paris, Texas, at which time the matter of a water main pro <br />rata extension beginning at approximately the intersection of FM <br />1497 with South Loop Highway 286 and proceeding easterly along <br />the North Right of Way line of Loop 286 approximately 3,800 feet. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of February, 1989. <br />ATTEST: <br />attie Cunningham, Cit C er <br />APPROVED A TO FORM: <br />T. Haynes, City Attorney <br />Resolution No. 89 -012 authorizing and directing the Mayor, Eric S. <br />Clifford, to execute a deed on behalf of the City of Paris to convey <br />City property located at 2774 Graham Street, being Lots 20, 21, and 22, <br />Block 6 in Sperry's Ist Addition to Fred Cole who was the highest <br />bidder for said property was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Kent for approval of the <br />Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
