The motion carried 5 ayes, 2 nays, <br />Councilman Wilson and Councilman Burnett voting no. <br />Resolution No. 86 -035 approving the Plans and Specifications, and the <br />advertisement for bids for Drainage Improvements in the 1300 -1400 Block <br />of 34th Street N. W. was presented. A motion was made by Councilman <br />Williams, seconded by Councilman Folmar for adoption of the <br />Resolution. The motion carried 1 ayes, 0 nays. <br />ary <br />
