<br />QUIT CLAIM DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />COUNTY OF LAMAR §
<br />THAT the City of Paris, a municipal corporation, acting
<br />by and through its Mayor, Billy Joe Burnett, duly
<br />authorized, of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, for an in consid-
<br />eration of TEN AND N0 1100 DOLLARS cash and other good and
<br />valuable consideration, to me in hand paid by David W.
<br />Glass, and Centerpoint, Ltd., of the County of Lamar and
<br />State of Texas, the .receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />has quit claimed, and by these presents do quitclaim, unto
<br />the said David W. Glass and Centerpoint, Ltd., all our
<br />right, title, interest, claim and demand in and to a certain
<br />lot or parcel of land situated within the corporate limits
<br />of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, described as
<br />follows:
<br />A part of the Joseph Leach Survey #524, and
<br />being part of a 9.73 acre tract of land as
<br />described in deed to Jesse Wintermute and recorded
<br />in Volume 685, Page 220, of the Deed Records of
<br />Lamar County, Texas, and being part of a 50 foot
<br />easement as shown on a plat filed for record in
<br />Envelope 279 -A of the Plat Records of said County
<br />and State, and being more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a point for corner, said point
<br />being N 0 °17'E a distance of 20 feet from an iron
<br />pin found in the North Boundary Line of Block A of
<br />the Morningside Addition to the City of Paris,
<br />same being the Southwest corner of Lot 2 -C, City
<br />Block 313, as shown on a final plat of part of
<br />said block as filed for record in Envelope 280 -C,
<br />of the Plat Records of said County and State;
<br />THENCE S 89 °36' E a distance of 30 feet, a
<br />point;
<br />THENCE N 0 017' E a distance of 883.6 feet, a
<br />point;
<br />THENCE West a distance of 30 feet, an iron
<br />pin found for corner in the West Boundary Line* of
<br />said 9.73 acre tract of land, same being the
<br />Northeast corner of Lot 2 -B, City Block No. 313;
<br />THENCE S 0 °17' W, with the West Boundary Line
<br />of said 9.73 acre tract of land, a distance of J
<br />883.38 feet to the place of beginning and contain-
<br />ing 0.608 acres of land, more or less.

<br />estate, claim and demand in and to the hereditaments
