RESOLUTION NO. 86 -005 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is <br />desirous of continuing to serve its citizens with emergency <br />medical ambulance service; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed to be desirable to cooperate with <br />L. P. McCuistion Community Hospital, d /b /a McCuistion <br />Regional Medical Center and St. Joseph's Hospital to receive <br />medical supervision and training for the Emergency Medical <br />Service Division of the City of Paris; and, <br />WHEREAS, the form of agreement of cooperation with said <br />hospitals is attached hereto as Exhibit A and such form <br />should be approved; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, <br />Jr., be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />on behalf of the City of Paris the agreement with L. P. <br />McCuistion Community Hospital, d /b /a McCuistion Regional <br />Medical Center and St. Joseph's Hospital upon the terms and <br />conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A attached <br />hereto. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of January, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, Citsy Clekk <br />APPROVED A S 0 FORM: <br />T.
