�pp <br />I <br />point'; Thence :South 12 degrees West 65.80 feet to <br />a point; Thence South 21 degrees East 368.00 feet <br />to a point; Thence South 305.00 feet to a point; <br />Thence East 1659.00 feet to a point; Thence North <br />295.00 feet to a point; Thence East 1209.00 feet <br />to the point or place of beginning, containing <br />1552.97 acres, more or less as shown in Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto. <br />.Save and except 10 acres heretofore sold to <br />Paris, Texas, Industrial Foundation, Inc. <br />described on Exhibit "B" attached hereto, 390 <br />acres leased to Agpro, Inc. described on Exhibit <br />"C" attached hereto, the police firing range <br />described on Exhibit "D" attached hereto, the <br />concrete runways, taxiways, Airlines office and <br />administration building area and abutting concrete <br />apron situated thereon and used for airport <br />purposes; also, save and except the sewer plant <br />located upon and within the above described area, <br />save .and except the right of the City of Paris to <br />occupy and use any other buildings remaining upon <br />such property .and premises, save and except the <br />right of any person to occupy and use any part or <br />portion of said property and premises for airport <br />purposes under lease or contract with the City of <br />Paris, and finally, save and except the right of <br />ingress and egress in favor of the City of Paris <br />and any of its assigns to any part or portion of <br />the property and premises specifically herein <br />served. <br />The term of this lease is for two (2) years, beginning <br />on the 1st day of July, 1986 and ending on the 30th day of <br />June, 1988. <br />INCONSIDERATION HEREOF, it is mutually agreed by and -- <br />between LESSOR and LESSEE: <br />1. That LESSEE pay to LESSOR, or order, at the City <br />Hall of the City of Paris, the agreed rental in advance, <br />promptly and without neglect, default or delay. <br />2. That this lease is subject to all the terms, <br />provisions and conditions of the deed of conveyance of such <br />premises from the United States of America to the City of <br />Paris, recorded in Book 308, Page 287, Deed Records of Lamar <br />County, Texas, to which reference is made for all. purposes. <br />3. That LESSEE, its successors or assigns, agrees <br />that in the event facilities are constructed, maintained, or <br />otherwise operated on the said property described in this <br />lease for a purpose for which a Department of Transportation <br />program or activity is extended or for another purposes <br />involving the provision of similar. services or benefits, the <br />
