0223 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86 -062 <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of <br />the Sesquicentennial Committee due to the resignation of <br />Skipper Steely, and it is necessary to appoint his <br />successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe <br />Burnett, having appointed Mike Patterson to serve, and has <br />submitted the name of such person to the City Council of the <br />City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: That the appointment of Mike Patterson, as a member <br />of the Sesquicentennial Committee, is by the City Council of <br />the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of June, 1986. <br />W5,0"o-re AWN, 4; &i <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, City C er <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />r—. <br />f <br />. Woods, <br />Jr., Frank Sherman and Gerald Wayne Byas to serve as members of the <br />Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, for a term of three years <br />beginning July 1, 1986, and ending June 30, 1989 was presented. A <br />motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by Council :man Francis for <br />adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
