RESOLUTION NO. 86,070 <br />259 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has <br />undertaken a project of construction entitled "Drainage <br />Improvements on W st He -nderson Street and 19th Street N.W. ", <br />in accordance ,161h plans and specifications prepared by <br />David Tompkins, City Engineer of the City of Paris; and, <br />WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the <br />completion of said drainage project are shown on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above <br />described drainage easements are necessary for said <br />improvement project and that the same should be condemned; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K.
