264 <br />ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF PARIS AND THOMAS E. HUNT, III, DATED SEPTEMBER 9, <br />1985. <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br />This Addendum to Professional Service Contract by and <br />between the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and Thomas E. Hunt, <br />III, dated September 9, 1985, is this 14th day July, 1986, <br />amended by changing paragraph two (2) to read as follows: <br />"2. That CITY agrees to pay HUNT as compensation for <br />his service as Municipal Judge at the rate of $37.50 <br />per hour with a maximum compensation of $15,000.00 for <br />the twelve (12) month term ending September 30, 1986. <br />The hourly rate beginning October 1, 1986, shall be as <br />budgeted by the City Council of the City of Paris, but <br />not less than $37.50 per hour." <br />Executed this 14th day of July, 1986. <br />CITY OF PARIS <br />ATTEST: <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />T. K. Haynes, City Attorney <br />09 yor <br />THOMAS E. HUNT, III <br />Resolution No. 86 -072 authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute <br />on behalf of the City of Paris the Ambulance Service Contract with <br />the Commissioners Court of Lamar County, Texas was presented. A <br />motion was made by Councilman Bone, seconded by Councilman Francis <br />for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes 0 nays, <br />Councilman Folmar out of the Council Chambers. <br />
