PARCEL 25 T -E - NATHAN J. BELL <br />Being a part of an original 2.857 acre tract of land, <br />situated in the George W. Cox Survey, Abst. No. 164, con- <br />veyed by James W. Farris and wife, Alice S. Farris, to <br />Nathan J. Bell, by deed dated the 12th day of November, <br />1982, recorded in Vol. 651, Page 302 -305, of Deed Records of <br />Lamar County, Texas. <br />BEGINNING at a point, said point being the existing <br />Southwest corner of said Bell tract, said point being the <br />Northwest corner of Lot 3 -A of Block 286 owned by Harold <br />Blackburn and Donald Blackburn, said point being in the East <br />boundary line of an original 2.039 acre tract of land owned <br />by World Christian Center, said point being in the middle of <br />an existing small creek, said point being S 89° 01' E a <br />distance of 74.8 feet from centerline survey station <br />58 +19.25 of proposed Collegiate Drive, said point also being <br />N 89° 01' W a distance of 314.8 feet from the Southeast <br />corner of said Bell tract; <br />THENCE N 18° 03' E along meanders of said creek, . same <br />being the Bell -World Christian Center common boundary line a <br />distance of 49.3 feet, a point; <br />THENCE N 05° 35' W along meanders of said creek a <br />distance of 71.8 feet, a point; <br />THENCE N 14° 07' W along meanders of said creek a <br />distance of 31.3 feet, a point, said point being the begin- <br />ning of a curve to the left whose radius is 761.20 feet and <br />whose tangent at this point bears N 0° 24' E; <br />THENCE in a Northerly direction along said curve to the <br />left a distance of 162.7 feet, a point, said point being the <br />end of said curve to the left; <br />THENCE N 11° 51' W a distance of 48.4 feet, a point; <br />THENCE N 390 13' E a distance of 12.9 feet, a point; <br />THENCE S 110 51' E a distance of 56.5 feet, a point, <br />said point being the beginning of a curve to the right whose <br />radius is 771.20 feet; <br />THENCE in a Southerly direction along said curve to the <br />right, a distance of 89.3 feet, a point, said point being <br />the end of said curve to the right whose tangent at this <br />point bears S 5° 13' E; <br />THENCE N 84° 47' E a distance of 35.0 feet, a point, <br />said point being the beginning of a curve to the right whose <br />radius is 806.20 feet and whose tangent at this point bears <br />S 50 13' E; <br />THENCE in a Southerly direction along said curve to the <br />right a distance of 228.8 feet, a point, said point being <br />the end of said curve to the right whose tangent at this <br />point bears S 11° 51' W, said point being in the South <br />boundary line of said Bell tract, said point being in the <br />North boundary line of said Blackburn tract; <br />THENCE N 89 01' W along the Bell- Blackburn common <br />boundary line a distance of 30.7 feet to the place of <br />beginning.and containing 0.220 acres, more or less. <br />
