a 3 Y O O a U W Y Q J Col .p FIELD NOTES: Situated about 3 miles Northerly from the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; being a part of the Thomas Askins Survey, Abstract No. 6; and being a part of a called 336 acre tract of land described in a Deed from Owen Ingram and wife to Howard S. Smith, dated (March 16# 1961, recorded in Volume 3749 Page 276, Lamar County Deed Records. BEGINNING at an iron pin set for corner in the North boundary line of a County Road, at the Southwest corner of said Smith tract; THENCE North 00 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds West, 1635.3 feet along the West boundary line of said Smith tract to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE along the average centerline of a levee on the following calls: North 66 degrees 57 minutes 50 deconds East, 2122.45 feet to an iron pin set and South 86 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds East, 346.9 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE South 13 degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds West, 1086.05 feet along a fence line to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE along the Northern edge of a hedgerow on the following calla: South 57 degrees CONTINUED ON PAGE 2 FIELD NOTES CONTINUED: 50 minutes 35 seconds West�,1213.3 feet to an iron pin set and South 25 degrees 05 minui Westt 809.5 feet to an iron pin set in the North boundary line of said County Road; THENCE South 89 degrees 29 minutes 25 seconds West, 679.8 feet along the North bouriry line of ^'q County Id ,... the place of beginning contai ping 72.50 acres of land. Resolution No. 86 -011 calling for a public hearing to be held by the City Council in regular session on February 13, 1986 at 7:00 P. M. at which time the matter of a 10" water main pro rata extension from Clement Road's intersection with Fitzhugh Ave. to Loop 286 to an existing casing; thence under Loop 286 through the existing casing to an existing 1.0" main was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Wilson for approval of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
