City Manager Doty gave a report on the Texcel Program. <br />City Manager Doty advised the Council that Dues to Ark -Tex Council of <br />Governments in the amount of $3,824.00 were now due. M. Mayor Fisher called <br />with the following Councilmen present: Walter F. <br />W. C. Francis, Billy J. Burnett, and Mike Folmar. <br />City Manager, David H. Doty, City Attorney, T. K. <br />Clerk, Mattie Cunningham. <br />ial session, Monday, <br />the meeting to order <br />Williams, Jeff Hoog, <br />Also present were <br />Haynes, and City <br />Mayor Fisher announced that the special meeting was called for <br />consideration and action on Resolutions. <br />Resolution No. 86 -012 authorizing the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar <br />County, Inc. to apply for participation in the TEXCEL Program with <br />Patrick J. Ryan, General Manager to be the designated contract person <br />for all matters pertaining thereto was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Folmar approving the <br />Resolution as presented. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
