RESOLUTION NO. 85 -002 <br />WHEREAS, the term of office of Ralph Crews as a member <br />of_ the Civil Service Commission of the City of Paris, <br />expired on December 31, 1983; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, <br />does hereby recommend the re- appointment of Ralph Crews for <br />a term of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1984, and <br />ending December 31, 1985; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the re- appointment of Ralph Crews, to serve as a <br />member of the Civil Service Commission of the City of Paris, <br />for a term of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1984, and <br />ending December 31, 1985, be, and the same is hereby <br />approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of <br />Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1985. <br />O'k� ' /Y "l <br />J e Graham, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />H. Haynes, City Attorney <br />Resolution No. 85 -003 authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Roger <br />Sadler, d /b /a Saber Aviation for a fixed base operator services and lease of <br />space was presented. Discussion was had on the fixed base operator and City <br />Manager Doty expressed concern of the financial ability of the fixed base operator <br />and suggested that a bond or other indemnification be provided. After disucssion, <br />a motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Hoog annrovinn <br />the Resolution subject to Mr. Sadler presenting indemnification to the satisfaction <br />of the City Manager and City Attorney. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />ryi <br />
