RESOLUTION NO. 85 -023 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did at its regular meeting on January 14, 1985, approve the adver- tisement for bids for furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work required for the complete installation of the electrical service and distribution, lighting fixtures, and electrical power connections to mechanical and other equipment for the City Hall Annex project, entitled Electrical Work, which bids were received until 10 :00 o'clock A.M., Tuesday, March 26, 1985; and, WHEREAS, the best bid for such construction was made by Green's of Paris, Inc., 1340 North Main Street, Paris, Texas 75460, and it should be awarded the bid for such construction; and, WHEREAS, the form of contract for such construction project is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and such form should be approved; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE' CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the Bid of Green's of Paris, Inc., in the amount of $17,776.00, is hereby accepted and let; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the contract for Electrical Work, City Hall Annex project, upon the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A attached hereto, with Green's of Paris, Inc.
