DOTY prior to July 1, 1986, and DOTY shall accept or <br />reject such proposal prior to January 1, 1987. <br />4, A. DOTY'S monthly base pay for the initial term <br />shall be as follows: <br />17 From date of employment to June 30, 1983, <br />$3,334.00; <br />From July .1, 1983 through June 30, 1984, <br />$4,000.00; <br />B. DOTY'S monthly base pay for each budget year <br />thereafter shall be established as part of the budget <br />process annually. <br />C. CITY'S Finance Director is authorized and <br />directed to make adjustments necessary so that DOTY'S <br />base pay is apportioned in whole dollar amounts as part <br />of the regular CITY payroll. <br />5. A. The CITY will make monthly deposits in DOTY'S <br />account with the International City Management <br />Association Retirement Corporation in the following <br />amounts: <br />During 1983, 7.5% of DOTY'S base pay; <br />During 1984, 7.5% of DOTY'S base pay; <br />During 1985 and thereafter 7.5% of Doty's <br />base pay. <br />B. DOTY will not participate in the CITY'S <br />retirement program for other employees. <br />6• A. CITY will pay DOTY monthly in advance, <br />$500.00 for an automobile allowance during the term(s) <br />of this agreement. <br />B. In addition to the amount provided in Section <br />6A, the CITY will reimburse DOTY for all business use <br />of his automobile for all trips in excess of 250 miles <br />round trip, at the rate of z of the IRS mileage <br />allowance. <br />
