Councilman Williams entered the Council Chambers and assumed his <br />chair at the Council table. <br />Mayor Graham requested the Council's consideration of Ordinances <br />encompassing recommendation received from the Traffic Commission. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2682 S`,� -Clip <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE <br />CODE OF ORDINANCE, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING <br />THE TRAFFIC - CONTROL DEVICE MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH(b) OF SECTION 29- <br />80 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00;REPEAL- <br />ING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; HEREWITH; AND <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 4, 1983 <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Fisher, seconded by <br />Councilman Wilson for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried <br />6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2694 83 -619 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS PROVIDING THAT THE CODE <br />OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC <br />NO- PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29 -112 OF SAID CODE; <br />ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING AREA; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED <br />$200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br />HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 4, 1983. <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by <br />Councilman Francis for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried <br />6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
